Let’s Talk About It (Ages 30–40)

Balancing life, relationships, career, and personal growth can feel heavy at times. Let’s Talk About It is a safe group space for individuals ages 30 to 40 to open up about real-life struggles, emotional weight, and the things that often go unspoken.

This session is designed for honest conversation whether you’re dealing with stress, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or internal battles. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

The session is free, and a confidentiality agreement will be signed to protect everyone’s privacy. A certified counselor will be present to provide guidance and support. Ongoing help is available through private appointments with the counselor if desired.
