This season of life can be exciting but also confusing, overwhelming, and emotionally heavy. Let’s Talk About It is a safe, judgment-free group session for individuals ages 20 to 30 to express what’s really on their heart.

Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, purpose, pressure, or hidden pain, this space is for you to be real and be heard. No filters. No pretending.

This session is free, and all participants will sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure a safe environment. A certified counselor will be on site to support and guide the discussion. If you want to go deeper, you can book a private consultation with the counselor afterward.
